In my private practise, I offer a space to explore different life circumstances which have resulted in a sense of uneasiness, discomfort and sometimes stuckness. The nature of the therapeutic work is to create a trustful environment where those difficulties can be explored and made sense of taking into consideration current circumstances, shaping our influences of our families and wider systemic systems.

To be at peace with oneself is to know and meaningfully connect with our emotions. Owning them is courageous and an important step in finding our way back to ourselves and each other.
