My interventions are embedded in trauma-informed practice enabling better sense of control over one’s life through techniques developing a sense of grounding and clarity, enabling better coping with stress and a sense of overwhelm, creating a sense of meaning and connection with self and others.


My approach is both eclectic and compassionate encompassing different therapeutic styles incl. Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Systemic and Interpersonal Therapies. My work is strongly focused on a client, based on collaboration in supporting individual with building a life worth living through trustful, reliable and authentic relationship.

I walk alongside my clients helping them understand their individual story and connect with the sense of meaning it carries with a goal of achieving a more fulfilling and satisfying quality of life and better outcomes.
